Head Chef Jing Wang (Owen)
Head Chef Jing WANG (Owen), is the vice general manager and executive chef of Dragon Boat Chinese Restaurant. At the age of 16, Owen commenced his apprenticeship with an Asian Master Chef. Over the years, he has won numerous awards and recognition, including the China National Culinary Competition and Jiangsu Province Culinary Competition.
Owen has a long list of qualifications that includes 1st Class National Judge of Chinse Catering Industry, the inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritage in China (Wuxi City) and National Senior Certified Master Chef in China. Owen has been involved in the famous documentary series ‘A Bite of China’. He has also been interviewed by China's most influential culinary magazine ‘China Culinary’.
